RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept gift cards, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry or personal care items such as skincare, makeup and beauty accessories. These are final sale and non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window is based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the wrong item was sent or item sent is defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@shopultrachicfashion.com.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $5.99 administration fee if your order has already been shipped. This fee includes shipping label and packaging costs. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to sales@shopultrachicfashion.com and/or contact USPS to submit a claim.
EXCHANGES
We will replace an item if it is defective/damaged, a return label will be sent to your email address. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size please send us an email at sales@shopultrachicfashion.com, customer is responsible for return shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
